Throughout James' career, he dedicated himself to the development of both single-family and multi-family properties, targeting areas affected by urban blight and the challenges posed by abandoned properties. His efforts have been driven by a commitment to revitalizing these neighborhoods, aiming to alleviate the impact of property neglect and contribute to the overall enhancement of the city's housing landscape.
